Our team at GIZMO collaborated with V.I.T.L. Backpacks to develop an innovative 28-liter day pack designed to keep commuters, cyclists, and students comfortable and sweat-free in extreme summer conditions. At the heart of the design is a powerful turbine system that channels airflow across the wearer’s back, neck, and shoulders, ensuring optimal cooling. The system is easily controlled via a user-friendly controller on the front shoulder strap, enhancing convenience and usability.

Requirement

Our objective was to create a functional and stylish solution that addresses the discomfort of outdoor travel in hot weather. The design needed to be lightweight, durable, and equipped with an efficient cooling system without compromising portability.

Turbofan System

Fresh air is channeled through the pores of bag and directed to the fan in the back.

Quick Charge Port

A Quick-access charge port on the side of the bag keeps your devices juiced up in a pinch.

Sturdy Back Support

An ergonomically-shaped back panel provides additional support and stability.

Remote Operation

A simplified remote on the bag’s shoulder strap controls the power level of the fan.
By optimizing the turbine mechanism and integrating intuitive controls, we delivered a sleek, performance-driven backpack that redefines comfort for users on the go.
